Our constitution was last updated in 2020 by law firm Gibson Sheat, who at the time incorporated many of the anticipated changes under the new Act. Given this recent update, the current review has been approached primarily as a compliance exercise rather than a full constitutional overhaul.
Gibson Sheat, who have led the development of Sport NZ’s recommended templates and guidance, have reviewed our constitution to ensure full compliance with the new legislation.
