The Kiwi's had one of their best performances at an Australaian Pro Junior event last weekend. The Chiko Pro girls division was taken out by Airini Mason over World Junior Champion Laura Enever. Airini was joined by personal best performances from Buck Woods and Alex Dive who placed fifth in the boys division.

The final event of the Billabong Grom Series presented by Oceanbridge scheduled to take place at Piha this weekend (13^th – 14^th March) has been cancelled due to the big swell and strong unfavourable winds.

Ohope surfer Dylan Barnfield barnstormed his way to a national title today (Sunday 7^th March) winning the Open Men’s Division at the Hyundai National Longboard Championships held at Whangamata Beach over the weekend.
