Nationals has to be my favourite event because it’s always such a fun mission, hanging with mates and searching to find some new waves.

My favourite pre-event fuel would be subway.

Favourite pump up pre surf song is Sign of the Wolf by Pentagram.
Who would you like to surf with the most
If I could surf with anyone it would be Yago Dora because he has the smoothest style and can do some of the best airs on tour.
One place I would like to surf
If I could surf anywhere in the world I would surf Green bush because it’s one of the most perfect lefts in the world and I’m goofy.
Any other sport
If I could master any other sport I would master golf and join the PGA.
Goals on the horizon
Some of my goals at the moment are just to try and work on the my fundamentals and just become a better surfer and also trying not worry about results.
Advice for those keen to try events
Some advice I would give to a young surfer keen to try some comps would be to just give it a go and if they like it give it a crack but also keep it fun.
