ISA World Surfing Games – New Zealand Open Team
El Salvador | 5–14 September 2025

Surfing New Zealand is seeking expressions of interest for volunteer coaching and team management roles with the New Zealand Open Team attending the ISA World Surfing Games in El Salvador this September.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of New Zealand’s top surfers as they compete on the world stage. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about high-performance sport, committed to athlete development, and capable of working in a dynamic international team environment.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

  • Volunteer Coach/ Team Manager: : Ideally holds an ISA Level 2 Coaching Certificate or equivalent coaching qualification.

  • Organised, team-focused, and experienced in managing logistics and supporting athlete wellbeing during international travel and competition.

You will be part of a high-energy team environment, supporting elite-level surfers as they represent Aotearoa at one of the most prestigious events on the global surfing calendar.

  • Event Dates: 5–14 September 2025

  • Location: El Salvador

  • Roles: Volunteer Coach/Team Manager

  • Application Deadline: Friday 13th June, 5pm
